Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery:

Delivery estimates are provided by our shipping carrier ([USPS/UPS/etc.]) and are not guaranteed. LapInfants is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other events outside our control.
Domestic Shipping Only: At this time, LapInfants ships to addresses within the United States. We hope to expand shipping options as we grow — sign up for our newsletter for updates.
Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@lapinfants.com within 3 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) so we can make it right.
